以能力进阶为导向的血液科护士岗位分层培训需求分析
Analysis of Nursing Hierarchical Training Demand Advanced Ability Oriented in Hematology Department
【摘要】 目的对比传统以及基于能力进阶为导向的岗位培训在血液科中的应用效果,分析护士培训需求。方法以2015年1月至9月,医院内血液科20名护士作为研究对象,随机对照分组,将护士分为对照组、观察组各10名,对照组采用传统的方法分析培训需求,以临床护理需求为主,开设各类护理技能培训班,安排护士跟班学习,观察组以能力进阶为导向安排护士跟班学习,专家小组进行3轮专家讨论,制定培训需求计划。结果观察组整体效果、是否符合职业发展需求高于对照组,难易度、培训压力、参与培训课时低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以能力进阶为导向的血液科护士岗位分层培训可提高培训的效率。
【Abstract】 Objective to compare application effect of traditional and advanced ability oriented job training in hematology department, analyze nurse training demand. Methods choose 20 nurses in hematology department of our hospital from January to September 2015 as research objects, randomly divide them into control and observation group, 10 cases in each. Analyze training demand of control group with traditional methods, mainly including clinical nursing demand, and establishment of various nursing skills training courses, arrange learning of nurses. And arrange learning ability advanced oriented for nurses in observation group,expert group carried on 3 rounds discussion and developed training demand plan. Results overall effect and degree of meeting demand of career development in observation group is superior to control group, and difficulty level, training stress and training class hours less than control group, difference showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Nursing hierarchical training advanced ability oriented in hematology department can improve overall effect of training.
