丁二烯直接氰化法生产己二腈工艺技术进展

【摘要】 化工行业与我国经济持续发展存在密切联系,伴随着化工工艺不断优化发展,工艺技术水平和生产效率得到了显著提升。己二腈是生产HDI和尼龙66的主要化工原料,选择丁二烯直接氰化法生产己二腈,可以有效提升生产效率,消除潜在隐患,规避不必要的安全事故出现。主要就丁二烯直接氰化法生产己二腈工艺发展进展着手分析,论述其反应原理,分析该工艺技术的优缺点所在,便于进一步推动工艺优化改进,为己二腈国产化做出更大的贡献。

【Abstract】 The chemical industry is closely related to the sustainable development of my country’s economy.With the continuous optimization and development of chemical processes,the level of process technology and production efficiency have been significantly improved.Adiponitrile is the main chemical raw material for the production of HDI and nylon 66,and the direct cyanation of butadiene to produce adiponitrile can effectively improve production efficiency,eliminate potential hidden dangers,and avoid unnecessary safety accidents.Therefore,the article mainly analyzes the development progress of the direct cyanation of butadiene to produce adiponitrile,discusses its reaction principle,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this process technology,and facilitates further promotion of process optimization and improvement.make a greater contribution.
