【摘要】 温州市图书馆理事会于2014年6月正式成立,运行初现成效。其定位与职权,理事的构成、产生方式与委任程序,理事的任职资格与权利义务等方面都有了较为详细的规定,实现了政府与图书馆的"管办分离",保证了党和政府对图书馆的有效领导,实现了图书馆利益相关群体的共同治理,激发了社会力量参与公共文化服务建设的积极性。但是,当前理事会运行中存在现行管理体制难以突破、缺乏社会荣誉机制等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The board of trustees in Wenzhou Library was formally founded in June 2014, its positioning and authority, the composition of the trustee, the production way and the appointment procedure, the post qualification, the right and obligation of the trustee have been stipulated in detail.
