【摘要】 澜沧江一湄公河流域的整体综合开发研究是针对社会经济全球化中区域可持续发展的根本需求而提出的。澜沧江流域云南段处于各种生态环境背景极为复杂的区域。本文就流域内云南段的自然生态环境背景对该区域中的土地资源分布及利用状况等方面进行分析研究，特别对流域内与土地资源关系甚为密切的地貌、气候、水文、土壤等生态背景因素展开探讨。最后提出流域整体综合开发中对山地土地资源进行整体集成规划与管理的研究，保护并合理利用山区坝子优质土地资源，促进山区林业持续发展，防治山地土地资源退化，保护流域特有的生态环境具有重要的理论和现实意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Research on comprehensive development of Lancang Mekong International River basin is approved with region sustainable development in the trend of social ecnomic globlization.Lancang river is upstream of Lancang Mekong International River.Lancang basin in Yunnan province areas posseses complex background of natural ecological environment.Based on basic data collection and analysis of Lancang basin in Yunnan province areas ,this paper intends to study the background of basin areas, land resources and its natural ecologic environment,especialy focous on exploring several main facts,such as landform climate,hydrology,soil etc.,which related closely with land resources. Some important issues were proposed,which was about conservation of mountain scarce prime agriculture land,improvement of forestry sustainable development against degradation of mountain land ,protection of natural ecological values by a new integrated approach to planning the use and management of land resources.更多还原
