埃洛石纳米管在复合包装材料中的应用进展

【摘要】 埃洛石(Halloysite)作为纳米粘土,在可降解包装材料中有较大应用前景,近年来在药物缓释领域也备受关注。埃洛石纳米管可以通过管腔负载抗菌材料并控制材料释放,从而实现缓释抗菌,保障食品安全。埃洛石纳米管还可以提高复合材料的力学性能,改善复合材料的热稳定性以及疏水性。本文简述了埃洛石纳米管的化学组成、结构特点、改性方法,综述了埃洛石纳米管复合材料在包装中的应用,指出了埃洛石纳米管复合材料在包装应用中存在的一些问题,并进行了应用展望。

【Abstract】 As the nano-clay mineral, halloysite has promising applications in biodegradable packaging materials and has received great attention in sustained drug release packaging studies in recent years. The lumen of halloysite nanotube(HNTs) is capable of carrying antimicrobial materials and controlling their release. Thus, the controlled release is achieved and food safety is ensured. Meanwhile, combined with HNTs, the composite materials perform better in mechanical properties, thermal stability and hydrophobicity. In this paper, the chemical components, structural characteristics and modification methods of HNTs were introduced. The applications of HNTs composites in packaging and potential problems therein were also demonstrated.
