【摘要】 目的:纯化桑叶多糖并测定其含量。方法:采用10%三氯乙酸、大孔树脂初步纯化桑叶多糖,采用硫酸-蒽酮法对其含量进行测定。结果:用三氯乙酸除蛋白的方法是可行的;桑叶中多糖的平均含量为2.62%,平均回收率为98.81%,RSD为2.08%。结论:该法可作为桑叶中多糖的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To purify and determine the contents of polysaccharide in Morus alba L.Methods:The polysaccharide were preliminarily purified by 10% trichloroacetic acid and resin.The contents of polysaccharide were determined by sulfuric acid anthrone method and detected at 620 nm by UV/Visible spectrophotometry.Results:The average contents of polysaccharide in Morus alba L.was 2.62%.The recovery rate was 98.81% with 2.08% of RSD(n=5).Conclusion:The sulfuric acid anthrone method is reasonable.更多还原
