【Abstract】 The "Heart in exterior" is from "Suwen·Jincilun" articles, and scholars in the past have done little research on this. In view of this, this article takes the theoretical research of "Heart in exterior" as the argument, traces its origin, summarizes its function, and clinical research, in order to better guide theoretical research. According to the analysis of the theory, the theory of "Heart in exterior" is that the yang qi of the heart is distributed on the surface, resisting external evils, reconciling ying and wei, promoting blood circulation, and regulating the qi movement of the viscera. It has important guiding significance for the treatment of skin diseases, chest pain and allergic rhinitis in clinical application.更多还原
