【摘要】 在社区卫生服务领域引入竞争机制,可有效促进其市场结构和企业组织结构的优化。民营股份制社区卫生服务管理模式是有效筹集资金,调动社会力量举办社区卫生服务机构的一种模式。本研究以广东省广州市黄埔区红山街社区卫生服务中心为例,运用SWOT分析法对此模式的优势和劣势、机遇和风险进行系统的分析,并提出建议,从而充分利用内部优势和外部机遇,避免内部劣势和外部风险,达到完善此模式的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an inevitable choice and the most powerful means for government to introduce competition into community health service.Only based on fair competition in the industry,can the market structure and enterprise organizations improve and maintain healthy and continuing development.In this paper,we analyze the strengthening and weaknesses,opportunities and risks of community health service in private share mode by SWOT analysis with a case study of one typical private share CHS center in Guangzhou.Some suggestions are proposed so as to make full use of the internal strengthening and external opportunity,and to avoid the internal weakness and external threat,achieving the purpose to improve the mode.更多还原
