【摘要】 患儿女性，2岁3个月龄，右腹部色素减退斑4个月。皮肤科情况：右侧腹部、右侧腰部、右大腿伸侧可见散在的色素减退斑，部分融合成片状，边界不清，部分色素减退斑基础上散在淡红色丘疹。右腰部丘疹组织病理检查示：表皮内及真皮浅层较多单一的淋巴细胞浸润，核稍深染，有空晕，部分淋巴细胞沿基底层排列。免疫组化染色示：CD2、CD3、CD4、CD7、CD8在表皮及真皮浅层表达均阳性，Ki-67在表皮及真皮浅层10%阳性表达，EBER在表皮及真皮中表达均阴性。诊断：色素减退型蕈样肉芽肿。治疗：0.1%糠酸莫米松乳膏外用2周及窄谱中波紫外线局部照射治疗3个月。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 2-year-old girl presented with depigmentation on the abdomen without pruritus. Histopathology of papules in the right waist showed lymphocytes infiltrated in the epidermis and superficial dermis. Some lymphocytes were arranged along with the basal layer. Immunohistochemistry revealed that the infiltrating cells were positive for CD2, CD3, CD4, CD7 and CD8 in the epidermis and superficial dermis, and Ki-67 was expressed in 10% of the epidermis and superficial dermis. EBER was negative in the epidermis and dermis. A diagnosis of childhood hypopigmented mycosis fungoides was made. The patient was recommended to be treated with 0.1% mometasone furoate cream for half a month and narrow-spectrum UVB for 3 months.更多还原
