【摘要】 目的　探讨急性白血病细胞P170蛋白表达与化疗疗效和预后的关系。方法　应用免疫细胞化学APAAP法检测急性白血病P170表达。结果 60例初治急性白血病 (AL )的P170阳性表达率为 2 3 .3 %,在AML各亚型中 ,以急性早幼粒细胞白血病 (APL )的P170阳性表达率最低 ,可评价化疗效果者 48例 ,P170阴性组总缓解率为 82 .9%,P170阳性组总缓解率为 3 0 .8%,2组有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　P170阳性表达与AL的化疗疗效和预后密切相关 ,是不利的预后因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate P170 protein expression and its correlation with chemotherapeutic effect and prognosis in acute leukemia(AL).Methods Immnocytochemical APAAP method was used to detect the expression of P170 in 60 cases of untreated AL.Results The P170(+) positive rate was 23.3% compared with the other subtypes of AML it was the lowest in APL.The total relieve rate after chemotherapy was 82.9% in P170 negative group and 30.8% in P170 positive group( P <0.01).Conclusion Expression of P170(+) was an unfavourable prognostic factor in AL and closely correlated with chemotherapeutical effect.更多还原
