【摘要】 目的:小柴胡汤合五苓散治疗慢性湿疹疗效及对患者中医症候积分和焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将82例慢性湿疹患者分为治疗组和对照组各41例。两组患者均给予基础治疗，对照组在基础治疗上加用除湿胃苓汤，治疗组在基础治疗上加用小柴胡汤合五苓散，共治疗4周。观察两组临床疗效，比较治疗前(T0)、治疗2周后(T1)、治疗4周后(T2)中医症候积分、瘙痒程度[瘙痒视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、焦虑、抑郁状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、生活质量[皮肤病生活质量指数调查表(DLQI)],统计两组治疗期间不良反应。结果:治疗组临床有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05)。T1、T2时两组中医症候积分(瘙痒、皮疹、抓痕、脱屑、心烦、乏力)、VAS评分、SAS、SDS评分、DLQI评分均较T0时明显降低，以治疗组较为显著(P<0.05)。治疗组有2例患者出现腹泻症状(4.88%),对照组有3例出现腹泻(7.31%),经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均无恶心呕吐、皮肤瘙痒症状发生。结论:小柴胡汤合五苓散治疗慢性湿疹可缓解患者焦虑情绪，改善临床症状及生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy of Xiaochaihu decoction with Wuling powder in treating patients with chronic eczema and its effects on scores of TCM syndromes, anxiety and depression.Methods:A total of 82 patients with chronic eczema were divided into treatment group and control group with 41 cases in each group by the random number table method.Both groups were given basic treatment, and the control group was given Chushi Weiling decoction in addition to the basic treatment, while the treatment group was additionally treated with Xiaochaihu decoction with Wuling powder, both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the TCM syndromes scores, pruritus degree [pruritus visual analogue scale(VAS)],anxiety and depression [Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)] and quality of life [Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)] were compared before treatment(T0),after 2 weeks of treatment(T1) and after 4 weeks of treatment(T2).The adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The effective rate of treatment was 95.12% in the treatment group, which was higher than 80.49% in the control group(P<0.05).At T1 and T2,the scores of TCM syndromes(pruritus, rash, scratches, desquamation, vexation, fatigue),VAS score, scores of SAS and SDS and DLQI scores in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with those at T0,and the changes were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of diarrhea(4.88%) in the treatment group and 3 cases of diarrhea(7.31%) in the control group(P>0.05),and no nausea and vomiting or itching symptoms occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Xiaochaihu decoction with Wuling powder can relieve the anxiety and improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life in the treatment of chronic eczema.更多还原
