【摘要】 目的探讨骨肉瘤组织中PTEN、MMP-9的表达在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的作用及其相互关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测35例骨肉瘤组织、32例骨软骨瘤组织中MMP-9、PTEN蛋白的表达情况。结果MMP-9在骨肉瘤中的表达明显高于骨软骨瘤(P<0.05)。PTEN在骨肉瘤中的表达明显低于骨软骨瘤(P<0.05)。在骨肉瘤组织中,MMP-9和PTEN表达强度之间呈负相关(r=-0.621,P<0.05)。结论MMP-9和PTEN在骨肉瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用,且两者具有相关性,联合检测MMP-9和PTEN的表达将对骨肉瘤的早期诊断有一定指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-9 and PTEN in osteosarcoma and their relationship,and to explore their role in the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma. Methods Expression of MMP-9 and PTEN proteins was examined using immunohistochemical SP staining method in 35 cases of osteosarcoma and 32 cases of osteochondroma. Results The expression of MMP-9 protein in osteosarcoma was significantly higher than that in osteochondroma.The expression of PTEN protein in osteosarcoma was significantly lower than that in osteochondroma.Negative correlation was observed between the expression of MMP-9 and PTEN in osteosarcoma(r=-0.621,P<0.05). Conclusion MMP-9 and PTEN may play an important role in the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma.Combined detection of MMP-9 and PTEN expression is of certain significance in early diagnosis.更多还原
