农村职业教育师资队伍建设的现实困境与优化路径——基于浙江省遂昌县的调查分析
The realistic dilemma and optimization path of teacher team construction in rural vocational education——based on the investigation and analysis of Suichang County in Zhejiang Province
【摘要】 推进“农村职业教育师资队伍建设”是促进乡村振兴战略提质增效的重要途径,也是助力乡村振兴动能转化的关键路径。职业教育赋能乡村振兴实现“政策逻辑环境优化、产业逻辑平台搭建、教育逻辑智力支撑、技术逻辑人才补给”耦合协调。以浙江省遂昌县为典型案例发现,当前遂昌县虽以引才—扎根—均资—驱动四个周期壮大农村职业教育师资队伍,但仍面临发展层次之惑、教育经费之困、师资力量之弱、产教融合之乏、数字赋能之低五大困境。为此,需要政府部门、企业组织、职业学校、职教教师多元参与,共推职业教育师资队伍优质建设,最终为助力教育实践实现共同富裕提供师资保障。
【Abstract】 Promoting the " teacher team construction in rural vocational education" is an important way to improve the quality and efficiency of the rural revitalization strategy, and to help transform the momentum of rural revitalization. Vocational education enables rural revitalization to achieve the coupling coordination of "policy logic environment optimization, industrial logic platform construction, educational logic intelligence support, technical logic talent supply". Taking Suichang County of Zhejiang Province as a typical case, this paper finds that although Suichang County has expanded teacher team through attracting talents-taking root-equalizing resources-driving, it still faces five difficulties: confusion of development level, difficulty of education funds, weakness of teachers, lack of integration between production and education, and low digital ability. Therefore, it is necessary for government departments, enterprise organizations, vocational schools, and teachers to participate in a variety of ways to promote the quality construction of teacher team, in order to achieve common prosperity.
