AM真菌的异核现象对共生系统的影响研究进展

【摘要】 AM真菌可与大部分陆生植物形成共生关系,能改善植物的营养状况,从而提高其生产力。目前对共生体系中植物的遗传特性了解较多,但对AM真菌的遗传特性知之甚少,近来研究发现许多与共生建立和共生功能相关的基因,因而,深入解析AM真菌的遗传特性对研究AM真菌与植物共生的分子基础至关重要。综述了与共生关系建立和共生功能相关的基因,分析了AM真菌异核现象形成的原因和它对共生系统的影响,展望了AM真菌遗传特性的研究前景,为研究AM真菌与植物共生的分子基础提供新思路。

【Abstract】 Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)form symbioses with the majority of land plants, improving the nutritional status and productivity of plants. Molecular genetic characteristics of the plant partners of this symbiosis are well understood. However, molecular genetic characteristics of the fungal partner is lacking. Studies have shown that there are many genes involved in the establishment and functioning of the symbiosis, therefore understanding the genetic characteristics of AM fungi is essential for addressing the molecular basis of symbiosis formation between AM fungi and plants. The paper reviewed genes involved in the establishment and functioning of the symbiosis, discussed the cause of AM fungi heterokaryosis and the effect of AM fungi heterokaryosis on the symbiotic system, and forseened on the prospect of molecular genetic characteristics of the fungal. This would provide a base for studying the molecular mechanism of symbiosis between AM fungi and plants.
