【摘要】 [目的]探讨肾移植病人生活质量现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用肾移植病人生活质量自评量表对805例在上海市6家肾移植中心进行随访的肾移植病人进行生活质量及其影响因素调查。[结果]肾移植病人生活质量总分137.65分±13.12分,年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状态、经济负担、付费方式、肾移植类型是其影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]肾移植病人生活质量处于中上水平,护理人员应为肾移植病人提供个性化护理,提高病人的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the quality of life and its influencing factors of patients accepting kidney transplantation.Method:Living quality and its influencing factors of a total of 805 patients accepted kidney transplantation in 6 renal transplantation centers in Shanghai city have been followed up and surveyed by filling out "Living quality self-rating scale for kidney transplantation patient".Results:The total score of kidney transplantation patients was 137.65±13.12.Factors influencing the living quality of patients included age,gender,level of education,marital status,economic burden,payment style and the type of transplantation(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life of patients accepting kidney transplantation is in the middle and upper level.Nursing staff should provide personalized nursing for them and promote their quality of life.更多还原
