【Abstract】 Food is a necessary material condition for people’s survival and development, and food safety is the key to people’s health and social harmony and stability. Especially with the development of the times and the improvement of people’s economic level, the concept of healthy diet has gradually taken root in the hearts of the people, and people have put forward more requirements and higher standards for food types, nutrients and safety.
