微藻富硒生物转化研究进展

【摘要】 硒是人类、动物及部分微生物所必需的微量元素,在机体内发挥着不可替代的作用,其安全剂量范围非常窄,硒摄入量不足或过量都会导致相关疾病的发生。藻类作为水生生态系统的初级生产者,是水环境中硒的主要吸收者,能将无机硒转化为有机硒,是良好的生物富硒载体。本文对硒在水体中的主要形态、微藻对硒的吸收和代谢途径、硒对藻细胞产生的影响及微藻富硒的应用等方面进行论述,为全面解析硒在藻细胞中的转运机制及微藻富硒生物转化、提高微藻的附加值、更好地指导微藻富硒产业发展提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Selenium is an essential trace element for human, animals and some microorganisms, which plays an irreplaceable role in the organism, and its safe dose range is very narrow. Insufficient or excessive selenium intake will lead to the occurrence of related diseases. As the primary producer of aquatic ecosystem, algae is the main selenium absorber in water environment, which can transform inorganic selenium into organic selenium, which is a good bio-rich selenium carrier. This paper reviewed the main forms of selenium in water environment, the absorption and metabolism of selenium by microalgae, the effect of selenium on algae cells and the application of selenium-enriched microalgae, so as to analyze the transport mechanism of selenium in algal cells comprehensively,provide theoretical basis for selenium enrichment in microalgae, improve the added value of microalgae, and better guide the development of selenium enrichment industry in microalgae.
