【摘要】 目的:研讨甲状腺手术患者实施围术期护理干预对患者术后疼痛、睡眠质量的改善作用。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年6月谷城县人民医院收治的行新型甲状腺手术的患者150例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组接受常规护理指导,观察组接受系统的围术期护理干预,对比对照组、观察组的临床干预成效。结果:术后1 h、24 h及48 h的VAS评测显示,观察组各项数据较对照组均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组在睡眠质量、睡眠时间以及日间功能等各项PSQI量表因子评分上较对照组均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在甲状腺手术患者的临床护理中实施精心、系统的围术期护理干预,能够显著缓解患者的术后疼痛症状,改善其睡眠质量,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on postoperative pain and sleep quality in patients with thyroid surgery. Methods: A total of 150 patients with new thyroid surgery in Gucheng people’s Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control control groupnd observation group,75 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing guidance,while the observation group received systematic perioperative nursing intervention. The clinical intervention effect of the control control groupnd the observation group was compared. Results: Vas evaluation at 1 h,24 h and 48 h after operation showed that the data in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05).
