白色颜料对玻纤增强溴系阻燃PA6性能的影响
Effect of White Pigment on the Properties of Glass Fiber Reinforced Brominated Flame-retardant PA6
【摘要】 通过双螺杆挤出机制备了30%(质量分数)玻璃纤维/聚酰胺6(GF30/PA6)溴系阻燃材料,对比研究了3种白色颜料对材料力学性能、阻燃性能及耐紫外老化颜色稳定性能的影响。结果表明:钛白粉的添加降低了材料的玻璃纤维保留长度,使材料的力学性能显著降低;硫化锌的添加降低了材料的阻燃性能,在阻燃剂添加量相同的情况下,由V-0降到了V-1(1.6 mm)和V-2(0.8 mm);二氧化钛具有较好的紫外光吸收效果,尤其是粒径更小的纳米二氧化钛,对紫外光的吸收效果更加显著,提升了材料的耐紫外老化颜色稳定性。
【Abstract】 30%(mass fraction) glass fiber reinforced brominated flame-retardant PA6(GF30/PA6) was prepared by twin-screw extruder, the effects of three white pigments on the mechanical properties, flammability and color stability resistant to UV aging of the material were compared and studied. The results show that the addition of titanium dioxide reduces the retention length of glass fiber and the mechanical properties of the material are significantly reduced. The addition of zinc sulfide reduces the flammability of the material, and decreases from V-0 to V-1(1.6 mm) and V-2(0.8 mm) when the amount of flame retardant is the same.Titanium dioxide has a better UV absorption effect, especially the smaller particle size of nano titanium dioxide, the UV absorption effect is more significant, improving the color stability of the material resistance to UV aging.
