316L不锈钢微动过程缝隙腐蚀倾向研究
On the Crevice Corrosion Intendency of 316L Stainless Steel in Fretting Process
【摘要】 采用球-平面接触微动磨损设备,对轧制固溶316L不锈钢在NaCl溶液微动过程缝隙腐 蚀行为进行了研究。通过静、动态电化学测试及材料微动磨蚀形貌观察,揭示了316L不锈钢在 NaCl溶液中的微动腐蚀机理。316L不锈钢微动过程具有显著缝隙腐蚀倾向,而溶液腐蚀特性与材 料缝隙腐蚀的发生、发展有密切关系。
【Abstract】 Objective and Method: The crevice corrosion sensibility of solution annealed 3 16L stainless steel in saline solution had been studied with ball - plane contacted fretting test device. Both electrochemical measurement and SEM methods were used to study the mechanism of fretting corrosion. Results: The results of potentiodynamic polarization measurement showed that the electrochemical properties of the material were, made variable remarkabley by fretting, while static loading had almost no effect upon them in the same contact condition. Fretting scars in various solutions played the important role that could be formed by crevice corrosion on the fretting damage. Because of depletion of oxygen and acidification of solution in fretting center, crevice corrosion occurred in all corrosive environments except in deioned water. The experiments also showed the interrelationship between the solutions corrosive characters and fretting corrosion. The high concentration of saline resulted in the occuring of the crevice attacked in the early fretting process, although it should mean the high fretting damage. But when the test carried in deioned water, there was no crevice corrosion appeared.
