【Abstract】 With the deepening of the aging of the population,the travel needs of the elderly have become the focus of social attention,and the intelligent transportation service for the elderly provides a better travel experience for the elderly with its convenient,safe and personalized characteristics.By analyzing the application and advantages of smart transportation travel services in the travel of the elderly,this paper points out the current challenges and problems,mainly including the limitations of insufficient technology application,uneven service quality and poor user experience,and the countermeasures to improve the intelligent transportation service for the elderly include strengthening technological innovation and application,improving service quality,improving user experience and strengthening safety guarantee.Through these efforts,we can provide a better travel experience for the elderly and improve the quality of life and happiness of the elderly.更多还原
