【摘要】 本研究探讨了SAC及rIL－2对CVIDB细胞的影响、选择性IgA缺陷患儿Ig分泌细胞功能及若干PIDIg分泌细胞功能及其与血清Ig水平的相关性。结果提示：（1）通过SAC及rIL－2对CVIDB细胞的影响，阐明了CVIDB细胞的异质性和复杂性。为区别对待B细胞分化不同阶段发生障碍提供了理论基础。（2）在对其他类型PID研究中我们证明，Ig分泌细胞数与血清Ig水平呈平衡关系。（3）我们首次建立了以测定未培养PBMCs中的Ig分泌细胞对免疫缺陷及健康人的体内Ig生成能力进行评价的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In present paper,the influence of SAC and rIL-2 on B cells of CVID,the function of Ig secreting cells in patients with selective IgA deficiency and the function of Ig secreting cells in other kind of PID and their relationship with serum Ig level were studied. The results showed as follows: (1)It is clarified the heterogeneity and complexity of B cell in CVID stimulated by SAC and rIL-2; (2)In the study of other kinds of PID,we found it well correlated between Ig secreting cells and serum Ig level;(3)We have established the method of measurement Ig secreting cells in uncultured PBMCs in order to assess the ability of Ig production in healthy person or PID in vivo.更多还原
