【摘要】 通过凯里学院学生管理工作实地调研,发现存在学生管理滞后,大学生日常行为规范教育途径少,分院对服务学生意识不强,学生管理工作与学校发展要求不相适应等问题。提出思政工作的形式和内容应与时代合拍,要加强对学生管理工作人员服务意识的培训,多渠道对学生开展诚信教育,寻找学生管理工作的发展模式,提高民族地区高校学生管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lagging in student management,lacking in education for students’ everyday standard behaviors and in serving the students in faculties,unsuitable to the school development are found out by making investigation on the student management in Kaili University. This present paper points out that the forms and contents of ideological and political work should be in step with the times,the service awareness of the management staff must be trained strongly,students should be taught honest and as good as their words by multi- channels,new development models of the students management should be found so as to promote the students management level of the universities and colleges in ethnic areas.更多还原
