席位公平分配的标准差法
Standard Deviation Method for Fair Allocation of Seats
【摘要】 提出了席位公平分配的标准差法及其数学模型,并给出了模型的求解方法.比较分析了多种席位分配方法的求解结果,验证了该方法的有效性和合理性.
【Abstract】 Standard deviation method for fair allocation of seats and its mathematical model are presented,and solution to the model is provided.Comparing with results of other methods for allocation of seats,the standard deviation method is proved to be more efficient and reasonable than others.
