【摘要】 自新中国成立至今，竞技体育事业取得了优异成绩，经历了三级训练体制、俱乐部、体教融合等多种模式，优秀的竞技体育人才如同雨后春笋般出现，在国际体育比赛中为国争光，在奥运赛场上书写中国辉煌。在新时代，我国逐渐发展为体育强国，体教融合的人才培养模式受到关注，并成为中国体育事业的基础。当前体教融合的成功案例较少，还存在运动员文化缺失、资源配置匮乏、体育训练受阻等多种问题，人才培养面临困境。研究分析了竞技体育人才培养方面的问题，指出了当前竞技体育人才培养面临的困境，并对未来的人才培养措施进行探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,competitive sports has achieved excellent results. It has gone through various modes such as the three-level training system,clubs,and integration of sports and education. Excellent competitive sports talents have sprung up like mushrooms after a spring rain. They have won glory for the country in international sports competitions and participated in the Olympic Games,writing the Chinese spirit on the field. In the new era,my country has gradually developed into a sports power,and the talent training model of the integration of sports and education has become the foundation of Chinese sports. At present,there are few successful cases of the integration of sports and education,and there are still many problems such as the lack of athletes’ culture,the lack of resource allocation,and the obstruction of sports training. Talent training is facing difficulties. This paper analyzes the problems of the cultivation of competitive sports talents,puts forward the current difficulties faced by the cultivation of competitive sports talents,and explores the measures of talent cultivation in the future.更多还原
