【摘要】 目的:针对目前体外培养成骨细胞方法各异,建立一种简易的原代培养成骨细胞的方法,并研究其生物学特性。方法:本实验用新生1～3d小鼠颅盖骨,采用骨块状接种进行细胞体外培养。观察细胞形态,对其进行鉴定。结果:所培养细胞具有体内成骨细胞的生物学行为。结论:本实验原代培养成骨细胞的方法切实可行,可用于体外实验研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a simple and empirical method of osteoblast cell culture in vitro and characterize their bionomic activities. Methods: The cells were isolated from collected lump of newborn mice and cultured in vitro. Morphologic changes of those cells were observed during in vitro cell culture. Alkaline phosphorase (AKP) histochemical staining and calcified nodules staining were used to characterize their osteoblastic activities. Results: The cultured cells possessed the biological behaviors of osteoblasts. Conclusion: The method of osteoblast cell culture from mice in vitro is practicable, and can be used in many experiment studies.更多还原
