基于GPRS的花椒烘房远程数据采集与监控系统

【摘要】 针对传统花椒烘房存在的监控范围小、系统互联性差以及人力物力资源浪费等问题,提出了一种基于GPRS远程数据采集与监控技术,实现对花椒烘房温度远程自动采集与控制。该系统采用32位ARM芯片STM32103CB作为微处理器控制芯片,采用GPRS模块收发短消息,实现远程数据的采集与控制。实验结果表明,系统具有良好的可行性、性价比和交互能力,同时还具有广泛的通用性,能够适合我国不同地区花椒烘房,具有较好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In view of the traditional zanthoxylum drying room existence monitoring scope small,system interconnection poor,wasting human and material resources shortcoming,the plan of using GPRS remote data gathering and monitoring technology to gather and control zanthoxylum drying room temperature is proposed.The system uses 32-bit ARM chip STM32103CB as a microprocessor control chip,utilizes GPRS module to receive and send the short news,it can realize remote data acquisition and control.The experimental result shows that the system has good feasibility,performance-price ratio,interactive ability;meanwhile it also has widespread versatility,suits different area zanthoxylum drying room,has the good application prospect.
