【摘要】 从氧自由基和载脂蛋白角度探讨灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死患者的效应及机理。本组 78例急性脑梗死患者 ,随机分为灯盏花素治疗组和脉络宁对照组进行临床研究。应用比色法测定血清 L PO和 SOD,单向免疫扩散法测定 apo A1 和 apo B1 0 0 。结果 :灯盏花素组患者血清 L PO、apo B1 0 0 水平明显降低 ,而血清 SOD、apo A1 水平明显升高。结论 :灯盏花素具有治疗急性脑梗死的作用 ,抗脂质过氧化和调节载脂蛋白代谢可能是其重要的作用机理。证明灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study curative effect and mechanism of Breviscapin in treating acute cerebral infarction from oxygen free radical and apolipoprote.Methods:78 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into two groups,40 cases were given venoclysis Breviscapin for 2 weeks and were compared with 38 control patients which were given Mailuoning.The effect of Breviscapin in treating acute cerebral infarction was observed.The serum level of lipoperoxide(LPO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) was measured with colorimetry and that of apolipoprotein A 1(apo A 1) and apo B 100 was measured with single immuno-diffusion method.Results:In Breviscapin group the serum level of LPO and apo B 100 were lowered remarkably,the serum level of SOD and apo A 1 were elevated significantly ( P<0.01 or P<0.05 ) comparing with the control group.The total effetive rate was 85% in Breviscapin group.And the difference was significant compared with the control group ( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:Breviscapin had a good effect on removing the oxygen free radicals,reducing the injury of LPO and regulating the apolipoprotein metabolism in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Therefore Breviscapin is an effective traditional Chinese medicine remedy for acute cerebral infarction.\;更多还原
