【Abstract】 Liver cancer is a common malignant tumor in the world. The liver cancer in early stage had no specific symptoms. More and more studies have shown that tumor microenvironment(TME) is one important cause for malignant transformation of hepatocytes. Many studies have reported the role of TME in liver cancer. This article mainly summarized the compositions and the role of TME in liver cancer, as well as the targeting therapy for liver cancer microenvironment, so as to help improve the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of liver cancer, and improve the survival rates of patients with liver cancer.更多还原
