白术、茯苓药对组方的益气健脾类方化学成分的比较研究

【摘要】 目的:比较白术、茯苓药对组方益气健脾类方剂的化学成分变化。方法:运用薄层色谱、UV、HPLC等现代化学成分的研究手段。结果:随着白术、茯苓药对组方健脾类方药味的增加,其薄层斑点随之增加,紫外最大吸收波长也随着变化、液相色谱峰也随着变化。结论:白术、茯苓药对益气健脾类方剂化学成分的变化并不是随着药味的增加而简单的增加,不具有加和性,体现了复方多成分、多靶点的特点。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chemical compositions of the spleen class prescription of Baizhu and Fuling drugs group.Method:The chemical compositions were analyzed by TLC,UV and HPLC method.Result:With the increase of ingredients in the prescription,the thin spots increased,and the maximum UV absorption wavelength and liquid chromatography peaks changed according.Conclusion:Changes in chemical composition are not as simple as the increase of ingredients in a prescription which reflect the features of multi-component and targets in complex prescription.
