【摘要】 目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法对32例精神分裂症患者应用阿立哌唑进行治疗,治疗剂量10～30mg·d-1。于治疗前及治疗第1、2、4、8w末采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的有效率93.7%,显效率71.8%,不良反应较轻。结论阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效肯定,不良反应少,患者依从性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effects and safety of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 32 schizophrenics were treated with aripiprazole (10~30mg/d). Curative effects were assessed with the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS) and side effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) before treatment and at the ends of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 8th week of treatment. Results The effective and effectual rates of aripiprazole were 93.7%and 71.8% respectively and side effect was milder. Conclusion Aripiprazole has better curative effect , milder side effect, and better patients’ compliance in the treatment of schizophrenia.更多还原
