【摘要】 云南边疆民族地区一直是境外非政府组织非常活跃的集聚区。如何最大限度地利用和发挥境外非政府组织对云南边疆民族地区的改革与开放,特别是社会管理创新的作用,同时又将其在边疆民族地区的活动可能带来的危害与威胁减少到最低程度,基于此,我们应从备案制度、设立专门监管机构、建立动态的信息沟通渠道、健全境外非政府组织的信息公开制度等措施加强对其的监管。更多还原
