【摘要】 本文针对的直接问题是法定假日没有充分的配套的文化生活,而民间传统节日文化没有法定假日提供活动的充足时间的矛盾。作者主张把节假目的设置作为一项根本的国家制度来严肃地对待,通过对中国节日的历史演变的梳理,通过对中国近代以来的节假曰体系的检讨,认为国家有必要承认若干民间节日在国家时间框架中的地位,重新调整法定假日的分配,让官方纪念日系列与民间传统节日系列在同一个节假日体系里具有一种新的结构关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China, official holidays are not accompanied with sufficient cultural activities, whereas non-official cultural festivities are not legitimate holidays. This author holds that the holiday system is a fundamental system of the country and should be taken seriously. Based on an historical study of the holiday system in China, this author urges a higher status to be granted to the traditional but non-official holidays and the inclusion of them in the official holiday system.更多还原
