【Abstract】 With the combination of great-love concept and the practices of university library development in the new era,this paper analyzes the external environment,the corresponding basic requirements for university library’s connotation construction and the value of great-love spirit in it.In general,great-love spirit is an important ideological basis for university library staff to assist teaching and serve for scientific research actively,great-love spirit is also a spiritual cooperating force for uniting the people,promoting harmony and pushing university library’s connotation construction with high quality and efficiency.To advocate the great-love concept is not only the inherent requirement for campus cultural construction but also the guarantee for strengthening the library staff’s work style and their better services.更多还原
