不同构造热水供暖地板热工性能的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Thermal Performance of Hot Water Heating Floor in Different Structures
【摘要】 本文首先针对地板供暖技术在推广应用中存在的问题,提出了薄型辐射供暖地板的构造方案,并与目前使用的2种传统湿式地板构造和预制沟槽式地板构造进行了对比研究。而后通过建立4种地板构造的数学模型,采用有限单元法,应用ANSYS软件模拟求解了构造层的温度分布、地板表面散热量和向下热损失的变化规律,分析了4种地板构造的热工性能和特点。本文的研究结果可为辐射供暖地板的进一步优化、设计及其推广使用提供参考和依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper,for the problems occured during the promotion and application process of floor heating technology,a scheme of thin radiant heating floor structure was proposed.Firstly,it was compared with the current two kinds of traditional wet floor structures and prefabricated groove type floor structure.And then,through establishing 4 floor structure mathematical models,the finite element method was adopted,and ANSYS software was applied to simulate the temperature distribution of structure layer,change rules of floor surface heat dissipation and downward heal loss,also the thermal performance and characteristics of 4 kinds of floor structures were analyzed.The research results in this paper could provide reference and foundation for further optimization,design and promotion of the radiant heating floor.
