【Abstract】 Community public service facilities are an important part of protecting the daily life of community residents, and also an important starting point to promote community renewal and quality improvement. At present,many community public service facilities in China have problems such as nonstandard configuration, low utilization rate, poor accessibility, lack of management and so on. Based on the survey of Shanghai Yonghe community,this paper analyzes many problems of its community public service facilities, and explores more efficient and convenient optimization strategies of community public service facilities from the perspective of convenient "life circle" through the analysis of POI data and the use of spatial superposition method.更多还原
