【摘要】 目的 探索在骨科多发伤患者的救治过程中，规范化急救护理的实践效果。方法 回顾性选取2021年9月至2023年9月陆军第七十三集团军医院救治的84例骨科多发伤患者进行研究，根据护理措施的不同分为研究组与对照组，研究组采用规范化急救护理，对照组为常规急救护理组，每组各42例。比较两组患者的抢救情况、生存质量及满意度。结果 研究组急救车抵达时间和入院进入手术时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.001）。经抢救后，研究组患者抢救成功率为92.86%，显著高于对照组的73.81%(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组患者生活质量5个维度的评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.001）；研究组的满意度为92.86%，显著高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05)。结论 在骨科多发伤患者的救治过程中，规范化急救护理缩短了急救时间，提高了满意度和抢救成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness of standardized emergency care in the treatment process of orthopedic polytrauma patients. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 84 orthopedic polytrauma patients treated at the Army’s 73th Group Army Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023. Based on different nursing measures, patients were divided into the standardized emergency care group(study group, n=42)and the routine emergency care group(control group, n=42). Comparison was made between the rescue situations,quality of survival, and satisfaction of patients in both groups. Results The study group showed significantly shorter arrival times of emergency vehicles and time to surgery upon admission compared to those of the control group(P<0.001). Post-rescue, the rescue success rate of patients in the study group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.81%)(P<0.05). After treatment, patients in the study group had significantly higher scores in all five dimensions of quality of life compared to those of patients in the control group(P<0.001). The satisfaction rate in the study group was 92.86%, significantly higher than that of the control group(76.19%)(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment process of orthopedic polytrauma patients, standardized emergency care shortened emergency response times, improved satisfaction, and increased rescue success rates.更多还原
