儿科护理管理中细节干预的效果

【摘要】 目的探讨儿科护理管理中细节干预的实施效果。方法选取我院2017年4月—2018年7月90例儿科患儿作为研究对象,采用数字表法,将其分为两组。对照组采用普通护理,试验组采用细节干预。比较两组患者的满意程度;父母对管理工作的配合度、小儿护理依从性、儿科住院时间;护理前后小儿面部痛苦表情评分、小儿生命体征状态;儿科不良情况发生率。结果试验组患者的满意程度、小儿面部痛苦表情评分、小儿生命体征状态、父母对管理工作的配合度、小儿护理依从性、儿科住院时间、儿科不良情况发生率方面相比对照组更有优势,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论儿科患儿实施细节干预效果确切,可减少儿科不良情况发生率,缩短住院时间,改善患儿生命体征和心理,提高家长满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the implementation effect of detailed intervention in pediatric nursing management. Methods 90 children with pediatrics from April 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. The digital table method was divided into groups. The control group was treated with general nursing and the experimental group was treated with details. The satisfaction degree of the two groups was compared; the degree of cooperation of the parents on management work, the compliance of pediatric nursing, the length of pediatric hospitalization; the score of children’s anxiety before and after nursing, the state of vital signs in children; the incidence of pediatric maladjustment. Results The satisfaction degree of the experimental group, the score of children’s anxiety, the status of children’s vital signs, the coordination of parents’ management work, the compliance of children’s care, the length of pediatric hospitalization, and the incidence of pediatric malpractice were more advantageous than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of detailed intervention in pediatric children is effective, which can reduce the incidence of pediatric malpractice, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve the vital signs and psychology of children, and improve parental satisfaction.
