【摘要】 目的分析小剂量螺内酯在冠心病慢性心力衰竭治疗中的应用价值。方法选取78例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者分别采用小剂量螺内酯与中剂量螺内酯治疗,对比疗效。结果治疗后两组心功能指标改善情况、临床疗效,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义,对比两组不良反应,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论小剂量螺内酯治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭疾病可靠安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of low dose spironolactone in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease. Methods Selected 78 cases with coronary heart disease(CHD) of chronic heart failure with small doses of spironolactone and dose of spironolactone in the treatment, compared the curative effect. Results Two groups of cardiac function indexes improved after treatment, the clinical efficacy, P>0.05, had no difference statistically significance, compared the two groups have adverse reactions, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.
