【摘要】 虫草菌素是一种脱氧核苷类似物,对多种疾病都有潜在的治疗作用。综述了国内外虫草菌素药理学的研究概况,主要概括了虫草菌素在调节免疫、抗肿瘤、抗真菌、抗病毒、抗白血病、降血糖、降血脂等方面的研究进展。提出了虫草菌素在临床应用时存在的问题,并对如何开展虫草菌素药理学研究及其应用进行了展望。更多还原
