【Abstract】 A cultural programme for primary stage of socialism was formulated and a fundamental task for socialist cultural construction was proposed at the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.And the problem that we energize the construction of advanced socialist culture was proposed at the 14th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.By socialist cultural construction we mean how to integrate culture by means of cultural control.The whole process of cultural integration is full of dialectics.It is neither "taking the Chinese Confucianism as the body" nor "westernizing completely" but the reconstruction of new socialist cultural system and the integration of double targets of socialism and modernization.更多还原
