【摘要】 "慕课"(MOOCs)即"大规模开放在线课程"的出现为高校教师的发展提供了新的机遇和挑战,改变和影响着教师的适应性发展。高校教师应当主动应对,主动适应"慕课"对教师的要求,重新定位教师角色,解放思想,转变观念,重新审视看待传统的教学模式,研究和实践"慕课"教学的要求和规律,改革传统的以教师为中心的教学模式,转变为以学生为中心的教学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Moocs"( Massive Open Online Courses) brings new chances and challenges to college teachers. It changes and affects the adaptive development of teachers. College teachers should respond actively and adapt to the demands of "Moocs",re- conceptualize the role of teachers,emancipate minds and change ideas,re- examine the traditional teaching mode,research and practice the demands and rules of "Moocs",reform the traditional"teacher- oriented"teaching mode,and change it to the"student- oriented"teaching mode.更多还原
