基于Geomagic Design X的复杂零件逆向设计方法研究

【摘要】 逆向设计是一种快速获得已有产品(或零件)数字化模型的方法,可用于产品的再创新设计,利用3D打印技术,可直观呈现逆向后的数字化模型。以一种曲面光滑的回力马车为研究对象,详细阐述了逆向设计中点云采集、模型处理、逆向建模及模型精度检测等流程。采用的逆向设计方式精确地构建出回力马车的数字化实体模型,满足设计要求,对其他类似零件的结构创新、模型重建及制造有一定的借鉴意义,对复杂曲面的产品设计与制造也有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Reverse design is a method to quickly obtain the digital model of an existing product(or part), which can be used for product re-innovation design, and the digital model after reversal can be presented visually by using 3D printing technology. Taking a smooth-surfaced boomerang carriage as the research object, the processes of point cloud acquisition, model processing, reverse modeling and model accuracy testing in reverse design are elaborated in detail. The digital solid model of the boomerang carriage is accurately constructed by using reverse design to meet the design requirements, which is of some reference significance for the structural innovation,model reconstruction and manufacturing of other similar parts, and also for the design and manufacturing of products with complex surfaces.
