【摘要】 自媒体上常会出现侵权现象。通过对中国知网的发文统计及国家社会科学基金项目数据库立项数量统计,梳理了近年来自媒体侵权现象研究的基本脉络,并对"洗稿"、短视频侵权、微信侵权三种常见侵权现象的研究情况进行了评述,期待行政、司法、技术三方协同治理的高效机制与平台能尽快落地,从而实现自媒体空间的风清气正。更多还原

【Abstract】 Infringements often appear on wemedia.Based on the statistics of articles published by CNKI and the number of projects approved by the National Social Science Fund project database,an analysis was made of the research on the infringement phenomenon of self-media in recent years as well as the three common infringement phenomena including "draft washing",short video and WeChat infringement.It is hoped that the efficient mechanism and platform for the coordinated governance supported by administration,justice,and technology will be implemented as soon as possible,so as to realize the integrity of the new media.更多还原
