【Abstract】 Taking the A-share Manufacturing Listed Companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange of China from 2014 to 2018 as the main research sample, the research capital investment is used to reflect the strength of the company’s technological innovation. The executive power of the company is evaluated from the perspectives of corporate reputation power, expert authority, owner’s right and structural authority. The selected data are analyzed with asset liability ratio, enterprise growth ability, asset return and liability scale as the main management variables. The research shows that, the executive power represented by CEO is negatively correlated with enterprise technological innovation.更多还原
