小学生困难与挫折教育的价值审视与实践路径——基于新冠肺炎疫情影响分析

【摘要】 新冠肺炎疫情发生后,我国各级各类学校教育都受到了极大影响,小学生的正常学习活动也面临着诸多困难与问题。面对疫情带来的不利因素,我们需要认识到困难与挫折是小学生成长的一门"必修课",困难与挫折教育也是小学生教育的重要内容之一,引导小学生正确认识及应对困难与挫折是弱化疫情不利影响的关键。重大疫情下的小学生困难与挫折教育实践路径包括:在疫情中抓住锻造小学生思想与品格的机会;挖掘生动丰富的课程资源;推进线上教学提质增效;激发小学教师专业成长动力;优化家校合作模式等。

【Abstract】 After the outbreak of Coronavirus(COVID-19), school education at all levels in China has been greatly affected, and the normal learning activities of primary school students are also facing many difficulties and problems. In the face of the adverse effects of the pandemic, we need to recognize that difficulties and setbacks are a "compulsory course" for pupils, and it is also an important part of pupils’ education. Correctly guiding pupils to understand and cope with difficulties and setbacks is the key to responding to the impact of the pandemic. Under the influence of major pandemics, the practice paths which influence difficulties and frustration education of primary students include: seizing the opportunity to forge students’ thoughts and characters in the epidemic, tapping vivid and rich curriculum resources, promoting the improvement of online teaching methods, stimulating the professional growth of elementary school teachers and optimizing the approaches and modes of home-school cooperation.
