【摘要】 目的 调查青年宫颈癌患者术后性生活质量和病耻感现状，分析二者的相关性及性生活质量的影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、女性性功能指标量表、社会影响量表对沈阳市某三级甲等医院就诊的125例青年宫颈癌术后患者进行调查。结果 宫颈癌患者性生活质量得分为12.90(11.20,14.60)分；病耻感得分为(62.29±8.31)分；青年宫颈癌手术患者病耻感与性生活质量呈负相关(r=-0.524,P<0.001);年龄、术后性生活恢复的时间、性行为认知和病耻感得分为青年宫颈癌患者术后性生活质量的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 青年宫颈癌患者性生活质量较差，病耻感水平与性生活质量呈负相关。建议医护人员通过多种途径对其进行健康教育，改善宫颈癌患者的病耻感水平和提高其性生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status quo of postoperative sexual life quality and stigma of young patients with cervical cancer and analyze the relationship between the two factors and the influencing factors of quality of sexual life.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 125 young patients undergoing reexamination for cervical cancer in tertiary A hospital in Shenyang by general information questionnaire, female sexual function index scale, and social influence scale.Results The quality of sex life score was12.90(11.20,14.60),and the stigma score was(62.29±8.31).The stigma was negatively correlated with the quality of sexual life(r=-0.524,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression showed that age, postoperative sexual life recovery time, sexual behavior cognition and stigma score were the influencing factors of postoperative sexual life quality of young cervical cancer patients(all P<0.05).Conclusions The quality of sexual life of young cervical cancer patients was poor, and the level of stigma was significantly negatively correlated with the quality of sexual life.It is recommended that medical staff should provide various education opportunities to improve the level of stigma and sexual quality of life of cervical cancer patients.更多还原
