【摘要】 社区如同城市的细胞，在国家治理中扮演着至关重要的角色，其治理效力直接影响国家治理的现代化水平，尤其是在城市化快速发展的背景下，这一影响变得尤为显著。随着城市治理模式的不断演变，以S市为代表的城市开始将项目制运用到城市基层居民自治当中，出现了一种社区“微项目”推动“微治理”的社区治理新趋向。通过对S市X街道的社区花园项目的实地观察，本文运用场域分析框架发现实现路径为集合多元主体有序参与社区微空间，整合社区内外资源构建治理微网络，柔性动员推动可持续的社区微参与，从而借助“微项目”平台推动社区“微治理”的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Communities, akin to the cells of a city, play an essential role in national governance, with their governance efficacy directly impacting the level of modernization in national governance. This impact becomes particularly pronounced against the backdrop of rapid urbanization. With the continuous evolution of urban governance models, cities represented by S City have begun to apply the project system to grassroots urban resident autonomy, leading to a new trend in community governance where “micro-projects” promote “micro-governance”. Through field observations of the Community Garden Project in X Street of S City and employing a field analysis framework, the study discovers that the pathway to realization involves the orderly participation of multiple subjects in community micro-spaces, integration of internal and external community resources to construct a governance micro-network, and flexible mobilization to promote sustainable micro-participation within the community.
