乳酸乙酯最佳合成条件的正交实验设计
The Best Experimental Condition by Orthogonal Design of Experiments of Ethyl Lactate
【摘要】 探讨了多种催化剂对乳酸乙酯合成反应的催化效能,并采用正交实验设计讨论了各种因素对乳酸转化率和乳酸乙酯收率的影响,找到了最佳实验条件,转化率可达97％,收率可达72％。
【Abstract】 In this paper, have studied catalysis result of some activators regarding prefabricating of ethyl lactate and effect of diversified factors about output - efficency of ethyl lactate by orthogonal design of experiments methord was studied. And the best experimental condition was confirmed. Transform percent is 97% . Output -efficency is 72 % .
