【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗少精弱精患者伴解脲支原体及慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取少精弱精伴解脲支原体及慢性前列腺炎患者140例,随机分为对照组69例和观察组71例,对照组单纯给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中医治疗。结果:对照组治疗后精液量、精子密度、a级+b级精子活动力以及1 h存活率分别为(1.62±0.44)m L、(22.15±2.13)×106·m L-1、(24.49±2.15)%和(31.39±2.82)%,仅精子密度较治疗前明显提高;观察组精液量、精子密度、a级+b级精子活动力以及1 h存活率分别为(2.38±0.52)m L、(25.11±2.27)×106·m L-1、(47.40±3.93)%和(60.11±5.83)%,各指标均较治疗前明显提高,且除精子密度外观察组患者治疗后各指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为92.96%,对照组有效率为79.71%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗少精弱精患者伴解脲支原体及慢性前列腺炎疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on patients with syndrome of oligospermia and weak sperm combined with ureaplasma urealyticum and chronic prostatitis.Methods: 140 patients with syndrome of oligospermia and weak sperm combined with ureaplasma urealyticum and chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 69 cases and 71 in each group respectively.The patients in the control group were only given Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the observation group were treated with therapy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Results: After the treatment,in the control group,seminal fluid volume,sperm density,a level + b level sperm motility,and 1-hour survival rate were(1.62±0.44) ml、(22.15±2.13) × 106 / ml、(24.49±2.15) %and(31.39±2.82) % respectively; Only the sperm density was increased than before the treatment.In the observation group,seminal fluid volume,sperm density,a level + b level sperm motility,and 1-hour survival rate were(2.38±0.52) ml、(25.11 ±2.27) × 106 / ml、(47.40±3.93) % and(60.11±5.83) % respectively; Each index was improved than before the treatment;What’s more,except the sperm density,each index of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 92.96%,while that of the control group was 79.71%,and the difference between them had significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Therapy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine has good curative effect on patients with syndrome of oligospermia and weak sperm combined with ureaplasma urealyticum and chronic prostatitis.更多还原
